The act of sitting is where you get down on the ground and stay there on your ass. Sitting has been said to have been around longer than standing, since you have to sit down to poop and pooping has been around longer than almost everything else.
– Ancient sitting was described as painful and uncomfortable ancient people didn’t have carpet to sit on, or even chairs for that matter. They had rocks. Fucking rocks.
-Civilized age sitting (years 1400-1800) Was significantly more comfortable since the invention of floors and chairs to make your bottom feel better.
-Modern sitting (1899-Present day) Modern sitting is as comfortable as ever as it has so many things to comfort your bottom, Hipsters still prefer ancients sitting as modern is "too mainstream’ (dirty bastards).

Standing was awesome because it was intended as a joke entry. Sitting is terrible because it’s trying to eat some of the popularity of Standing. In other words, your entry sucks.
