The meme was created at memegenerator, it features the face of the main character of the videogame The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (the character as shown in the trailers, since the game allows for customization of the main character)

The meme formula is very basic, using catchphrases or in game situations and dialogues that turn out to be very silly, like finding fresh fruits in a tomb sealed for 1000 years or speaking normally to a person who ask you about his missing son.
