This is in fact a well-known meme on Brazilian internet. It’s mostly used on UOL Jogos, more specificaly on the ‘Vale Tudo’ section. This is the 7th largest board on the internet.
The fun part of it is exactly how ridiculous it is, how badly edited. Those pictures were found probably on Orkut, which is something like Google’s Facebook, and more used here.
The fact that he is black, poor and has a weird smile, in addition to the kind of phrases (I MISS FUCKING MY EX) and the fact that he uses Paint and WordArt makes it funny.
