This meme comes from a clip of security camera footage that features a VERY drunk guy trying to buy beer, or rather, get off the floor in the beer aisle. Who is he? Was he on the beer run for himself or his buddies? We may never know.
The date and time listed in the video are 10:47 AM, Tuesday October 6th, 2009.
Break.com simply lists "one month ago" as the date.

<a href=http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/20/drunkest-guy-ever-silent_n_327153.html>The Huffington Post</a> also featured some Drunkest Guy Ever videos on October 20th.
The Video Game version was posted Featured on <a href=http://thedw.us/post/245001954/viral-video-recast-as-a-video-game-of-the-day>The Daily What</a> on November 15th.
