A “Boss” Infected from the Left 4 Dead series. It can spew bile on Survivors, which can blind them, as well as attract Horde infected. This also happens upon death, where the explosion covers nearby Survivors in the same bile.
The Boomer has the lowest HP of all the Boss Infected, but in Multiplayer and Scavenge Mode, it can serve as a distraction for Survivors, and a few planning seconds for Smokers, Hunters, and Spitters.
