Very Good Very Powerful (also known as “Very Good Very Strong,” “Very Good Very Mighty,” or “Very Very Strong”) is the predecessor to all Chinese “Very X Very Y” (很X很Y) internet catchphrases. In Chinese, it is written 很好很强大 (Pinyin: hěn hǎo hěn qiángdà).
“Very Good Very Powerful” is used as a humorous response to a variety of topics, from video game and book recommendations to romance. It is very popular on Chinese forums, although not as popular as it once was.
Person 1: “Is Eclipse a good movie?”
Person 2: “Very Good and Powerful!”
Article Title: “The iPhone is very good very powerful!”
The meme also involves using the form: “很X很XX,” (where X is an adjective, and XX is a “stronger” form of X)

Although “Very Good Very Powerful” was used before 2007, it became really popular with its use on the official Chinese World of Warcraft website in June 2007. The Chinese version of World of Warcraft does feature skeletons, and those enemies were replaced by a different creature:
