General meme consists of two pictures, one on the left shows a superior craftsmanship with anime, right shows weeaboo huge eyed loli anime that we mostly see today with lack of art skill that used to be in anime.

But this meme can be used to compare things old vs new, for better or worse

(primarily, the first pic compares Ryoko of the Tenchi Muyo franchise to some loli huge eyed anime girl that has been given life from the faggotry of today’s anime). It represents how far an anime (woman)’s character, design and stance has derailed since older anime titles.
