Yamyam man is a small time boater by the guess (but not confirmed) name of Steve Williams (as seen on shirt).

Confusion

It is unclear who or what is "yamyam" in the photo. While the word "YamYam" is clearly written on the boat in the background, the man is called "yamyam man", even though he holds an ice cream sandwich in his left hand and pie in his right, there are no visible yams in the picture.
