It all started when a user was banned from a chat on panime.net, then he got so mad and trolled the mod that banned him. Then proceeded to brag about having a 2K rating in World of Warcraft (which was the root of his ban. He was calling another member a scrub because he didn’t have a 2k rating).
When the chatters at panime saw the conversation, they all decided that you can’t do shit. Why? Because you dont have a 2k rating
