Yes, but it's not a matter of her being dissatisfied with how she looks so much as it's dissatisfaction/insecurity with herself as a person. It was sort of shown in the episode where she had to regenerate her body and kept changing because she was being criticised for the forms she took. She took forms she thought the others would approve of rather than the one that felt right for her, which showed a certain level of personal insecurity.
