For the un-initiated:

Trolls have always been a problem on the MLP page, and it was always hard to keep people from responding to their taunts and feeding them. What we ended up doing was, when a troll came, spamming pictures of fruit salad so to passive-aggressively respond in a way that did not give them any more material. Think of it like sageing a 4chan post – you respond while not responding. It has proven remarkably effectively.

I fail to understand the fruit salad meme. Someone needs to make a page for it.
