Vince Shlomi, aka Vince Offer, aka the ShamWow Guy, is an actor, owner, and comedian best known for his paid commercial pitches of the ShamWow and SlapChop products. He also grabbed media attention for his felony battery arrest after hitting a prostitute who would not let go after biting his tongue.
