Video Game Logic - Skyrim bandits

Yeah what gives? I'm walking around the wilderness then I hear battle music. I'm expecting some big ferocious creature to jump out and it's a fucking mudcrab/rat. I can only look down in pity as they attempt to nibble my laces off.

I once had some of those Imperial Legion impostor guys try to hold me up all with their backs to a cliff. Well… you know how that goes down in Skyrim.
