What the hell would he need it for, anyway? He's rich enough that he can afford it and he gets health care as a perk of being president.

That's the point: he's getting separately funded health care and doesn't have to pay into his own system. The whole point I thought was that the many take the hit so the few could have affordable healthcare, regardless of their wealth or lack there of.
