The only one I could see working would be the Fluttershy one, but the concept of her going mad with power has already been done before (Putting Your Hoof Down) so that wouldn't really work either. I would really like to see the Psychology one but that seems a bit dark for MLP. The one with cancer just can't be done, too too dark, I wouldn't even want to see something like that.
