I don't know… if you really like sand, it might be nice. Me personally, I fucking hate sand. So damn messy. Coarse, rough and irittaing… and it gets everywhere… cough

But, if you did like it for whatever insane reason, it might be nice. So long as you don't have any pets, or children of any kind… Really, you'd need to have NO ONE else ever coming to that house ever again. Because you all know the first fucker you do will be the one to get it all over the place.
