And also, the Groke isn't some kind of freezing serial killer. She's pretty much the incarnation of the Scandinavian winter; cold, dark and lonely. Every kid in Scandinavia is afraid of her.
I'd recommend you to read the books. Try "Moominpappa and the sea" for instance.
