I suggest we introduce a "Fanmade content protection act" which gives protection to people creating fanmade content of an already created idea on the following terms
- All fanmade content must have a disclaimer, identifying that all there content is owned by the sources
- No profit can be made from the fan content
(can't think of any other terms)

If the fanmade content owners disobey these terms then the copyrighted material can be taken down freely by it's source. However, if the sources still want the fanmade content taken down even though it abided by FCPA's terms, they must discuss it in court. (say for example they want to take down MLP porn)
