This reminds me of that cape swing attack that Mario does in Smash Bros.

1) Black Jacket #1 makes Black Jacket #2 think there's a spider in his hair by surreptitiously touching the latter's head with his hand.

2) Black Jacket #2 freaks the fuck out and starts ripping his clothes off to get the 'spider' off.

3) Red Jacket thinks that Black Jacket #2 is challenging him to a fight, so he rips his own jacket off and clocks Black Jacket #2 with a wild haymaker.
