Why is Wolverine and the X-Men mentioned, and not the 1992 X-Men series?

In the same vein, why Spectacular Spider-Man, and not the 1994 Spider-Man series?

And seriously, One Piece at the top? In a list of longest-running anime, it is at a mere #18, Sazae-san has over ten times more episodes in an ongoing 45-year run!
