There's nothing wrong with laughing a sexist joke. Well, unless it isn't funny.

A lot of comedy can come from pain, and there is a lot of pain in sexism. The comedy can provide a much needed catharsis. If we didn't have comedy then all we would have is the cruel reality of this world and the depression it nurtures.

When people make a sexist joke (and it's funny) I laugh.

Doesn't matter which gender is the butt of the joke. because it is not an acknowledgement that the joke is true. Laughter is an involuntary reflex that brings us joy and stress release which helps us get through the rough days.

Do not dare to say you wish to censor comedy. For saying you have authority over what is proper or not to make jokes about is equivalent to saying you have authority over speech and all that it pertains to.
