Isn't the joke that Batman is supposed to be a dark, brooding, and feared personm who does something so whimisical? But here the joke doesn't really make sense… Derpy is friendly, kind, and sort of goofy. Maybe I'm over-analyzing this, but at least I'm not Not The Expert commenting on an anti-twilicorn image.
