No. The point of this cartoon is to show the FACT that palestine has no army, navy, or airforce. so you cannot call this a war. This is state terrorism vs civilian resistance. this is an occupation.
Use your head- How was this most recent attack started? (most obviously the 3 boys missing) That was not an attack by any state or terrorist group. Isreal has 0 evidence yet accused Hamas day one. Hamas claims attacks all the time but did not claim the kidnapping. So isreal is bombing civilians based on 0 evidence.
