Raichu always gets sidelined by the Pika-clones and Pikachu itself. Never see it online, but Pikachu and the Pika-clones are far more common. The chances of Pikachu getting a mega instead of Raichu at this point is a little TOO concievable.

Really, why pikachu has all those costumes?
