Video Game Logic - Remove flinching from Halo 5: Guardians

It's kinda canonical

The spartan II's have got all kinds of cybernetic upgrades and shit, and literally could not flinch if you swung a nail bat at one.

The spartan IV's are just cheaper spartans, that are easier to make but still better than plain infantry.

sometimes newer is not better.
