Anime / Manga - "That's my line!"

So, let me guess here.

Mr. Attack Helicopter here is angry because 80's anime action star stole his line. So he brings out the Wave Motion Gun from his mouth only for 80's anime action star to materialize a massive bazooka from his glorious hair and proceed to blow each other up.

I don't see anything wrong here.

It is Excell Saga. That guess has a very high chance of being the truth.

Does anyone remember that the throw away gag that the show constantly reset its continuity is because god/the universe personified personally reset it for our heroine….and then the universe got caught up in a bizarre stolen wife/ revenge plot where she was the helpless damsel in distress?

Again- Freakin' Excel Saga.
