He's probably lying. In most cases, you can't just "choose to write for a specific kind of processor". Programming really doesn't work that way unless it's done in the lowest of levels: read, Assembly and the like. And if he is a current level developer writing in Assembly, he is a fucking idiot, because there is absolutely no reason to do an entire game like that. This level of spite is absolutely retarded and Intel knows it. It's so bad I almost want to take the bait to clarify to people, since I've actually coded in Assembly (NOT WELL MIND YOU) and seeing this shit is so stupid I kind of want to shove my face into a grinder.
