Because I know teenage girls a lot of them don't want to wear knee length cargo shorts like guys do, they want to wear something like this:

Which is not appropriate attire for either gender at school, work, or anywhere that isn't adjacent to a beach.

You want this to be more common?

Because believe me it is way too common in my school even with dress codes. No dress code = more of this.
