Shrek - plot

The real plot twist was that they were in Shrek's swamp all along.

Also finding true love didn't fix all her problems, seeing how after they get married they still had to do all the hard work together to get the building for her new business, she had friends to help her. so really it's pointing out that a balance between the two is necessary.
