Commenting back on what you have said. Your source of information is has given a miniature horse and a pony two different pages. The same pages do note there is a different.
Unless you can give me a reason why they are the same species, there is no more of argument.

I am going to call bullshit on the lawsuit idea.
Only one video is effected, and I never heard the idea of needing to put an annotation over something because of law. You can easily turn it off.

I hate the whole iphone images with a conversation since it is possible to call bullshit on any one.
You can replicate them easy with a website. Google “fake iphone text” and you can easily create a funny and fake conversation for upvotes to come!
This was funny before a huge wave of fakes, but I am going to leave the state of being confirmed or deadpooled for mods and entry makers.
