The thing that really scares me about this is thinking about how Yahoo ruined Flickr when they bought it. However, in one of the articles I read, they said they plan on Tumblr being a mostly separate company, which means they could still have a chance to keep doing what they’re doing on their terms with not a lot of interference from upstairs.
