People really call this sad? I bet all of you are pretty comfortable saying that with your 3D pig girlfriend that doesn’t exist.

Waifu is a way of life and it’s love. Don’t knock it ‘til you’ve met Her.

I’m prepared to take on any hate I get for what I’m about to say. It’s incredibly offensive, it promotes rape culture, and will be directly responsible for dozens of suicides of underprivileged homosexual ethnic trans otherkin minorities. TRIGGER WARNING, reading this may just cause you to burst into tears. It is so transphobic, misogynist, and noninclusive.

Women have vaginas.

And this is supposed to be a meme how? The character got a big boost in popularity, and with it, bunches of fan art. Is anything that becomes popular now deemed a meme? Or does this only apply to sexy females?

The only thing Wii Fit Trainer has done bring the muscle girl fetish into the Internet’s spotlight.

@All of y’all
Since when did the Simpsons try to portray an average American family? When a show plays plays the absurdity of the portrayal for laughs, it’s funny, but The Big Bang Theory doesn’t. It pretends to be “geek culture” and marketing “geeky jokes” that are digestible to the lowest common denominator and fails miserably. I hate it for being an unfunny show that massively overplays laugh tracks to get the viewers rolling with it and how the supposed geek jokes are nothing of the sort. Simpsons advertise themselves as a funny show of a sometimes wacky family in Springfield, that’s their entire fucking premesis. TBBT puts themselves out as a show about geeky humor and is nothing of the sort.

Remember the show “Life” which had them playing Prince of Persia to “level 10” so they could hack the computer? And once they beat the game, YOU WIN showed up in papyrus font and suddenly the files appeared on the screen? If there’s any humor to be found here, it’s how bad they portray the idea of geek to the mass public. They had to canibalize any semblance of humor to the crowd so they could mass market. That’s big market TV shows for you. Thanks a lot, CBS. The Sheldon comparisons on campus are really starting to get grating.

Early as late 2008? This shit was all over the ‘Net in places like GameFAQs and Serebii in early 2007 / late 2006. Pokemon fusions and sprite edits were damn popular, even I jumped into the craze. We didn’t need any generators, though, just good ol’ fashioned sprite editing. Ah, those were the days.

Who is even saying yuri and yaoi are unusual fetishes? Since when is lesbian uncommon for a guy to like? Likewise with yaoi and girls, and it crosses over with bi / gay people. Even futa isn’t really that unusual. It’s one of the most common non-vanilla fetishes out there. There are SO many more unusual fetishes out there.

@foxararma / Rukario
I’m sorry, now what exactly did I say wrong here?
Sexually appealing = Not bad
Tits and ass = Not bad
Ridiculous, unrealistic posing = Bad
Dumb outfits = Bad

Seriously, with the way some of you guys treat this, it’s like the mere sight of large breasts is enough for some of you to shout OPPRESSION, OBJECTIFICATION, PRIVILEGE. It’s like you guys want to strip all the femininity from females in media. Obviously, there’s a few depictions of women here that are fucking awful, and I don’t support this shit with any gender. I’m an all-opportunity equal hater of bullshit. But some of these that are on Tumblr kinda stretch it, as do a lot of your comments. Of course some of these pictures are going to look wrong on Hawkeye because he’s a male. He acts manly and one would expect that of him. Wearing these sorts of outfits and doing these would look uncharacteristic of him for this. Females typically act feminine and its part of these characters. They dress different and look different. Men are different than women, big surprise. Some embrace the big-muscle manly look as others embrace the sexy nimble feminine look. Is it wrong to be a female? It’s wrong to objectify females, but it’s not wrong to be a female.

Commented on Hardest Mario Level Ever

Congrats, KYM. You’re just now getting into the TAS Mario ROM hack scene. Gotta say that this one was impressive in particular with the multiple switches and stuff, though. Pretty cool.

Also, Flare Dancer, IWBTG isn’t hard in that sense. It’s a trial of memorization and the absolute definition of artificial difficulty. If you know what you’re doing, it’s not a hard game. There are definitely hard parts like the Ghosts n Goblins spike corridor, but the game relies almost exclusively on checkpoint sparsity and the unexpected to give it that challenging status. If you remember what to do, you can get through the game generally easy. Any player who has played it enough can get from the beginning to the end in less than 50 deaths.

With that being said, though, some of those poses are ridiculously stupid and are just blatant fanservice. Call out the artists all you want for that. But let’s not take this to an extreme, feminists, making something sexually appealing isn’t necessarily bad.
