I’m guessing the old was previously a small .jpg with a mismatched resolution, and that made it look a bit weird.

Hmm… I’m not really sure. It might take a while before it’s seen properly everywhere on KYM. What program did you use to make it, and how was the resolution? It seems to show a bit different from the images of other users with .PNG avatars.

If you give me a link to the original picture with high resolution, I should be able to whip up a good avatar pic for you with photoshop in just a few minutes.
