Wow, it’s been a really long time since I updated my wall.Overall I’d say I’m a pretty average netizen. I watch the occasional anime when I have time, my traditional favorites being Trigun, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Starblazers (Uchuu Senkan Yamato). Also, as you can tell by my avatar, I’m a fan of MLP (though I try my best to not be obnoxious about it), and western cartoons/animation in general.
As far as gaming goes, I see myself gravitate primarily towards the indie and retro circles, though of course I love the occasional triple AAA release. I like strategy games such as Dwarf Fortress and the Civilization series, most games that Valve makes, and really anything that looks fun. These days I mostly do my gaming through Steam, and if you want to friend me here’s my profile:
I’ve always been really interested in internet culture, I think it’s really fascinating to observe how things spread and mutate over time. That’s why I’ve loved KYM so much.
Within the MLP fandom, I enjoy all the fantastic fan content our artists create. I don’t watch as many videos or listen to as much music as I used to, but I still dabble in those. Primarily these days I’m into the art and fanfiction.
Speaking of fanfiction, my only real claim to fame in this fandom would be my story, I Wasn’t Prepared For This. It received a far better reaction than I ever could have hoped for. Still, things IRL have held me back from continuing it for a long time, though I hope to bring it out of hiatus very soon.
But GG has made some games already.
I remember back around Christmas time, some anon showed us a Vivian platformer written in flash he’d been working on. Simple, but fun.
There’s also of course the TFYC game.
Not to mention, what do these people expect? GG’s only been around for six months, and everyone in it is busy doing GG stuff. It takes a long time and a lot of effort to make a game, and that’d just be a waste compared to what we can be doing instead.
DOUBLE DRAGON DOWN.

Sounds familiar. I wonder where I’ve heard it before?
They are the 1%
Hey look, it’s an R63 moot!
The worst/best part is that when this gets found by Facebook, all of the irony will be utterly lost, and it’ll be used as an actual compliment to someone’s posts.
Prepare your chemo, the cancer is coming.
This idiot probably has more in common with Snips & Snails than Twilight Sparkle.

So yes, proportionally speaking, ABC has far more dislikes. But, it’s not the best comparison, since Friday has been around far longer (and so, has more “rewatches” that boost view count).
Still pretty impressive though.
The impact of Gamergate truly impresses me.
Pretty good for a bunch of faggots :^)

It would make absolutely zero sense to Deadpool it though, because that would imply that it has no notability as an event; if there’s one thing everyone can agree on, it’s that Gamergate (whether it’s a movement towards ending corruption and censorship, or a harassment campaign against those poor innocent women) is absolutely notable.
This fic gets me every time.
See you, space cowboy…
Truly, Dionysus is my favorite Greek diety.
“I just want gaming to be fun again”
Well then maybe they should pull that ten foot rod out of their ass and actually learn to enjoy things without tripping over all their triggers.
Well, it’s probably because Game of Thrones is the height of ‘Geek Pop’ at the moment. SJWs couldn’t possibly go after something that is so big.
That’s just my guess though.
What in the world are you talking about?
We’re as active as ever, there’s a lot of important stuff going no right now!
If you’re referring to GG being off the trending bar, that’s because everybody is asleep and nobody is commenting on the article.
Rip in pepperoni, you backstabbing bastard.
The times change, the people change, yet the narrative remains the same.
And it was as bullshit then as it is now.
A.D.D., pfft casuals
ADHD for the win!
It’s about the fact that technically the #gamergate tag was used a couple years ago to describe an entirely different gaming/political controversy. One that, while far smaller in scope, still looks familiar (political smear campaigns against a gamer).
