Wow, it’s been a really long time since I updated my wall.Overall I’d say I’m a pretty average netizen. I watch the occasional anime when I have time, my traditional favorites being Trigun, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Starblazers (Uchuu Senkan Yamato). Also, as you can tell by my avatar, I’m a fan of MLP (though I try my best to not be obnoxious about it), and western cartoons/animation in general.
As far as gaming goes, I see myself gravitate primarily towards the indie and retro circles, though of course I love the occasional triple AAA release. I like strategy games such as Dwarf Fortress and the Civilization series, most games that Valve makes, and really anything that looks fun. These days I mostly do my gaming through Steam, and if you want to friend me here’s my profile:
I’ve always been really interested in internet culture, I think it’s really fascinating to observe how things spread and mutate over time. That’s why I’ve loved KYM so much.
Within the MLP fandom, I enjoy all the fantastic fan content our artists create. I don’t watch as many videos or listen to as much music as I used to, but I still dabble in those. Primarily these days I’m into the art and fanfiction.
Speaking of fanfiction, my only real claim to fame in this fandom would be my story, I Wasn’t Prepared For This. It received a far better reaction than I ever could have hoped for. Still, things IRL have held me back from continuing it for a long time, though I hope to bring it out of hiatus very soon.
I honestly did not see that twist coming.
Also, has anyone else thought about the fact that Changeling society could have an extremely lively thespian culture if they weren’t evil? Their entire race has the ability to transform into a perfect copy of anyone, think of the possibilities for theater!
This was an extremely satisfying video to watch.
Gotta say, that makes a lot of sense.
I also love how Edna just happened to design Jack Jack’s suit with exactly the kind of stuff it would need in order to be useful for him. Even though no one knew what his powers were going to be yet.
These underwear edits are actually making me hate EqG’s art style a little less.
That’s an impressive accomplishment, OP should be proud.
That feel when the teacher is cooler than the students.
Should have put this in the 4chan entry. Would have got more exposure that way.
This is goddamn brilliant though. As a student in a video game programming class that’s ending in a week, I literally shed a tear knowing that this would have been the perfect idea for my final project had I heard this a couple months ago.
This summer, I’m fucking making this. It’s too brilliant.
It’s times like these when I become tempted to pursue a career in teaching, just so I can be the super rad teacher who’s involved in relevant Internet culture.
If you’re getting a 404, then yeah, he probably deleted his account.
I came here to post about something, but I can’t seem to remember what I was thinking about…
You’ve gone too far this time, OP.
Guys, we’ve been over this screenshot before.
It’s a shop, plain and simple. There was never a G1 Derpy.
This fandom can never have enough Satyrs and Centaurs.
How about the guy who took this picture though.
How fucking crazy was that guy to turn his back on whatever fortification they were charging to take a picture of the other soldiers!
From what I can tell, it’s a Dutch commercial.
Also, Twibox is best Purple Pony Princess.
Rubber Ducky, you’re the one. You make bath-time lots of fun…
I love how this isn’t just applicable for Tumblr, it basically sums up the entire Internet.
“What I learned in Boating School today is HOW TO DRIVE.”
Spike is now Tetsuo.
Look ma, no pants!
I love how 90% of fights/conflicts in DBZ can basically be summed up as “someone with Godlike powers is bored and wants a decent battle”.
The most interesting thing ultra-powerful characters in that universe can think of to keep themselves entertained is to beat the living shit out of each other. And I love it.
