Oh look. A best pony discussion? Time to dive head first into this! I would have to say Applejack at the top of my list. Seriously. The struggles she has gone through in these first two seasons hit closer to home than what anypony else went through, and seeing her revived in Return of Harmony part 2 hit hard enough to drive me to tears.
