I think that if enough macros get made with real intent - as opposed to just meme-forcing, it may eventually gain meme status. However, right now it's just a fad, since it's only on one forum.

Man, my mom found this shirt in Walmart and gave it to me! It even has a sticker that says "#1 on amazon."
