If you buy the tix here: http://chzb.gr/cvSW7w for field day, mariner’s tix is included. Or you could just buy the Cheezburger Night with the Mariners tix.

I’ve sent an email to James and Brad about this. I’m guessing it’s a bug in textile or something. It should be fixed soon. Thx.

Yes, I think that was the mag.
I believe magazines like MAD and others had “Separated at Birth” features. We would need to confirm that. As per Web origins, they weren’t called anything specific until we settled on TTL. Users had uploaded things (cat related) to ICHC and we thought it would be fun to allow users to email us with two photos and we would shop it together. After a while, we were certain that this was a site we wanted to run and built a Flash-based builder (Kyall built it, you can talk to him when you are here).
I didn’t even notice that. I have no idea. Maybe ppl are kissing up to the boss… LIKE A BOSS.
Hi RG, I do understand the point that you’re trying to make and I think we’ll agree to disagree with how you perceive our notifications. Nonetheless, I think you do understand that our policy is not to add pop up ads or pop under ads to KYM.
GM, thanks for the suggestions. I’ll add this to the list of things we’ll discuss. FYI, just to set your expectations, we will initially devote time to infrastructure and standards issues first and then set our sights on community items. Thanks for a great, well thought out list!
I’ll suggest that we do that.
When I was growing up in Korea, I watched a lot of Astro Boy (called Atom Boy in Korea) and this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_Taekwon_V
Hey RG, The notifications that slide out from the right side are notification for collectibles when you visit 2 or more pages on Cheezburger. (You can see mine here: http://cheezburger.com/I-Can-Has-Cheezburger/Collectibles) FYI, These are pop up ads: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Pop-up_ads.jpg We’re also trying to find ways to notify users in different ways (as well as allow users to control types of notifications, including friend request, etc.)
Let me know if you need more information about TotallyLooksLike.com. We launched it in 2008 and a builder came around a few months after. We can dig out the relevant dates. When we started the site, we did research into the origins of this. It goes back a long time, to the pre-internet magazine days.
You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. It’s just common sense.
1. No. And unfortch, we don’t know when that will happen. So right now, you’ll need two accounts. 2. I have no idea. Maybe we’ll do a casting contest. :) 3. My first love is lolcats and they still brighten up my day. 4. Many many memes are not funny, but they can be socially/communally interesting.
1. Newbs have a right just like anyone else. People learn by making mistakes and I am all for it. 2. Unlikely… but we may open up our platform to allow users to make them again. :) 3. There are usually two main reasons for this. a) People become tired of content. So quality may not have varied, but it’s not novel and new anymore. b) Because we rely on user-generated content, quality varies from time to time. I personally think it’s been pretty consistent.
It’s so obscure, you probably haven’t heard of it.
1) Ever seen lotus seeds on body parts? shudder 2) Come work for us and find out first-hand what it’s like :) 3) This: http://bit.ly/dUWQKW
