WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE!? Please post on my wall and introduce yourself. If I don’t really know you or talk to you, I will not friend you. If you are still just embarrassingly sitting in my follow list then it is because I have no idea who you are and I find it awkward. If you seek to change that then socialize!
Some guy who codes websites and
drinks excessivelyis a now a recovering former alcoholic
DnB, Trance, Dubstep and a bit of House. Favorites include BSE, SoM, Pendulum, The Upbeats, Shapeshifter and Seba.
Metal is fine too. Don’t mind Rammstien, Disturbed or System of a Down.
I am a bass addict. No bass, not interested
I’m a trained PHP web developer. I’m all about the code.
I started the famous trend of themed profiles when I discovered a way to inject my own CSS and Jquery into my profile….but then people abused that and now you can’t do it anymore. Dumbasses
I browse KYM because its a fast way to follow what’s happening in internet culture. Net culture fascinates me and how differently it works compared to every other culture in the world despite being part of every other culture in the world. Plus I like the discussions we have here
I like sci-fi. But not the “UFO blows up New York” crap, I mean real sci-fi such as Star Trek, Stargate, Aliens, Predator…you know all that stuff from before Hollywood ran out of ideas. Then again the internet is pretty much my TV nowadays. The following summarizes my modern TV experience:
Obligatory profile music
Have some smoothness
That worked, I have it on favorites now.
Doesn’t appear to be any problems connecting so it baffles me why it would not appear earlier
I made the theme. It’s everyone else who copies me.

The idea for PONY.MOV was born inside HotdiggetyDemon’s head before it appeared on tumblr. Therefore he is the origin.
If we know exactly who started a meme, that person is credited as the origin. If not, then the website where the meme first appeared gets the credit.
Ain’t nobody here but us chickens!
Oh hi there. I didn’t notice you had made a new account. How long will this one last? XD
Welcome to my friend list anyway.
>“I still dont get the fascination with mlp, it’s just a kids show on Hub, how does it have this much of a following with teens and young adults?”
Yea, at it’s core it is a regular kids show, but a lot of value has been injected into it. Besides you don’t have to be a kid to watch cartoons. Honestly there are a ton of reasons why people like the show so much, I can’t summarize them all.
I’ll give you a hint though: It’s not just the show itself that is so attractive. What the internet has constructed around MLP (The community itself and how it makes so much content from the show) is a major draw.
Since your question has been asked many times before, it might help to do some searching here and look up previous responses. There also this thread on the forums, you can get a better answer there.
Awww are the big mean Bronies ruining your life with ponies? You poor, poor baby. Don’t worry, mommy has a plaster!
Egads! The old wives tale about rubbing your eyes was right all along!
Yep, no doubt about it. Even with no filters; the [AuB] Aussie Bronies Public Server is invisible to me. I can only find it’s neighboring Romance Dungeon…I would not know why
And yes, first playable Brony server… regard that I have only had TF2 for a couple months, I was not around during the old day so of course I missed all those servers
Besides, there are no Brony servers in New Zealand and I usually stick to servers in this country
It is not necessary and never was. I really loathe it when fandoms try and draw barriers between each other and go around calling each other [fandom]tards. It is primitive, pointless and destructive behavior.
I refuse to believe that any one fandom is a direct polar opposite of another and that the only possible relationship is to repel. In truth, all fandoms are alike and differ only in subject.

Thanks, you were a pretty dangerous medic yourself. I wouldn’t mind having you support me when I go Heavy. Is medic your usual class?
I’ll just remove that theme. Less code for me to wade through
People just don’t see the joke.
I look at this as satire of regular MLP shipping where it swaps ponies for actual horses. Doing that completely destroys whatever you might find attractive in shipping. Plus it reminds you: they are friggen horses. So that’s why I laughed.
Those who didn’t laugh probably just saw two horses in a bed scrambling over each other
@Light Yagami (As if you had not gotten the message by now)
“Who made this a thing?”
It’s in the article. Under “Origin”
“I know that any gender can watch a TV show, but older men? That is some of the weirdest crap I have ever heard. This has gone so far, there was a convention! And everyone looked, how can I say this, old?”
In addition to the explanations you were already given, I just wanted to point out that in terms of weirdness, this really is nothing. We don’t set the bar on weirdness by a mile. The standard on human social normality is completely non existent and what truly is weird in human society extends far, far greater than just adults liking a kids show. The internet has much worse in store
This fandom (in comparison to what’s really weird) is a simple matter of people having fun by bending the gender stereotypes/being unusual while at the same time: enjoying nice animation/artwork
“You don’t have to criticize, It’s just my opinion.”
All fair and good. But you know, that’s less of an opinion and more of a statement. Yes, were guys (mostly), yes were older (relatively), yes it’s odd. Thanks for noticing ;)
Please don’t post autoplay video’s, they make people rage.
I gaurantuee you 100% that if you post autoplays, you will get negabombed to turn it off.
(Also posting older generation ponies is pretty ballsy of you, some people rage at that as well)
Yes that really is Jolly Jew. Trust me, this is perfectly normal behavior for him.
Well, I thought this was funny.
They made me read that book in English class
Nah, full on Windowsfag.
Most of my experience with Linux kernels comes from using Ubuntu on random occasions so my mind conjoins Ubuntu with Linux easily.
If Ubuntu is no longer Linux, that’s news to me.
