My Pop Album of the Year would have to be The Other Side of Tomorrow by the Slakadeliqs This is an alternative pop album that goes through a variety of sounds throughout the albums length, touching on indie rock, R&B, and even some Caribbean music. As Joe said, rape is a very real danger but so is murder, theft, kidnapping, and a whole mess of other horrible things that could happen to literally everyone. It’s not about the danger. Perhaps an entry for the entire Big Bang Theory hatedom. There are multiple submemes that are popular within it, that being the satire of the laughtrack and the misspelling of Bazinga. Seems to be present on 4chan, tumblr, and youtube.

I think that if there is an entry of it, the focus should be more of the satire of it in online culture. You see a great prevalence of it in drawn fetish pornography, the same as the diaper fetish, and is similarly mocked in online culture, but I’m not sure if I can justify that alone as a reason for an entry.
