Oi, did a bit of digging around and I found the scoop on that “homo looking guy with glasses” you referenced. His name is Rinnosuke Morichika, and he is the only confirmed male character in the series. being the only guy in a land filled with girls, he is often depicted by the fans as being a lecher or pervert, running around in that disturbing little loincloth.
