“Half an hour after the show is over, a random viewer is staring into his refrigerator, vaguely bemused by the fact that his six-pack of beer has somehow become a two-pack of beer. Rather than work out how this might have happened, it occurs to him to wonder how in the hell Sydney Bristow went from Hungary to Melbourne, Australia, then to LA, all within 24 hours.

“It didn’t bother him during the show. It wasn’t until he discovered he was running short of beer that it became an issue.

“Fridge Logic has been the writer’s-room term for these little Internal Consistency issues for a good while, as in “Don’t sweat the Fridge Logic, we’ve got bigger fish to fry. We’ve only got 20 minutes left to work in three costume changes, a foreign language, and a weird wig.” It refers to some illogical or implausible plot point that the audience doesn’t realize during the show, but only long afterwards. This naming is highly subjective, since not every person follows the same train of thought. Some people will never even realise there was a problem, while others will call it a Plot Hole, since they already noticed the problem during the show."

Thanks, I’m sorry I forgot to post something yesterday. Here is your final song for Day 7:

“Drops in the River,” by Fleet Foxes.

I must say, I did enjoy this. I hope we can do this again sometime.

I believe this is Day 6.

Our mutual love of Radiohead continues with a live version of “I Might Be Wrong,” from the live album of the same name.

It could possibly be my favorite live version of any Radiohead song. There’s just so much energy.

Btw you owe me some songs. Days 5 and 6 I believe.

That was much too repetitive given its length. I disliked it.

Here is your Day 5:

Symphony 4, Movement 1 by Piotr Iliych Tchaikovsky

Easily my favorite classical piece.

Part 1

Part 2

How did I know they were going to mention 50 Shades….

Anyway, this was a pretty decent episode, I suppose. For such an enormous topic as fanfiction, however, they definitely could’ve gone a little more in-depth. I’m personally getting tired of the half-assed summations Forest keeps giving at the end, like it’s just packaged on to give the video a sense of profundity. These episodes have become little more than quick slideshows on these memes specialized for the short attention spans of Cheezburger’s users. Frankly, I think they could try a bit harder in spite of that.

I was surprised they didn’t mention Cupcakes, though.

You selection for Day 2 was interesting. Definitely feels like something I’d hear on Adult Swim.

I’ve been out all day, so just a short one for Day 3.

This is the newest song from Radiohead, and they’ve been performing it on tour. It’s called Identikit.

I’m glad you enjoyed the first song. Just so you know, I absolutely worship Radiohead. I know every song backward and forward, and I listen to them at least once every day. I rank the albums in the following order:

Kid A > OK Computer > In Rainbows > Amnesiac > The King of Limbs > The Bends > Hail to the Thief. Never heard Pablo Honey.

I don’t have a favorite song by them, they’re all too good to compare to each other.

I’d like to know how much you know of them, so I can adjust my selections.

Anyway, here’s my selection for Day 2 (Thursday):

“Strangers,” by Portishead.

From the classic album Dummy.

This comes from a genre called Trip-Hop, developed by the Bristol, England music scene in the early 90s. Portishead completely codifies the genre, and I think this song really demonstrates their style.

Besides Dummy (1994), they have two more studio albums Portishead (1997) and Third (2008). They also have a very famous live album, Roseland NYC Live (1998), which many, including myself, consider to be their masterpiece.

If you want more Trip-Hop in general, check out Mezzanine, by Massive Attack.

I believe we are allowed to start, so here is your first song:

“Sleeping Ute”, by Grizzly Bear
From the album Shields.

Shields came out on Tuesday; I bought it on iTunes as quickly as I could, and I absolutely love it. I’ve been listening to it nonstop for the last two days, and it’s currently my favorite album this year. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have.

You can give me your song whenever, just try to keep up with me please.
