I agree with those saying that it’s just people who want to get into the Halloween spirit. It wouldn’t surprise me if I myself went to view those entries as the day draws closer, although to be honest, I’m not a big fan of Halloween. Of course, I get scared easily, so maybe viewing creepypasta entries isn’t such a good idea for me. (When You See It images always make me hit the roof.)

Yeah, it probably does. Requesting lock as well. I need to think before I start threads.
Yep, /b/‘s best friend has returned. Here’s the entry if you don’t know who Lacey Vicich is. Oh, wait, no never mind. It’s a horrible trolling attempt (OP was shopped, didn’t notice it until I actually clicked on it). Oh, well, just let /b/ be /b/, I suppose. NSFW
Oh, 4chan. Don’t ever change. Seriously, though. There is an entry but it’s a work in progress at the moment, and I’m going to go to 4chan and Reddit quickly, then request editorship. This might end up just about pooling dead though, like Lacey Vicich. Nonetheless, it’s considered notable enough to have been documented already, and I’ll gladly help out. Wish me luck on my journey through /b/.
On the subject of SFM, the entry for it needs attention and upkeep. There are multiple different GModders I like. I’d check out some stuff by RubberFruit if you haven’t already for starters.
I was about to post Call Me Maybe, but it’s already up there, so I’ll go with the second, not-too-obvious song. (Well, it is obviously a bad song, but it’s not mainstream, which is what I figured the OP meant because he did list only mainstream artists.) Oh, wait, I thought of another one!
Please don’t embed so many videos in here, or at least spoiler them if you will. It could take longer to load the page for other users depending on their computers’ processing capabilities. Sorry if I sounded pushy or anything there, I’m just a bit concerned. An emotional videogame moment for me?
I haven’t been hacked before, thankfully. Sorry for not being able to add much to the discussion of that topic, just being truthful. Now then, if I could hack anybody? I agree with Ivan above me. I don’t really want to gain anything from hacking, and I just don’t think that I have the heart to try to attack a person online like that.
I never visit the /r/fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu subreddit anyway, so this doesn’t affect me personally. As far as I know, none of my acquaintances use it either. Seeing as this doesn’t really affect me, I don’t have much of an opinion on this. I mean, when I see “le” essentially used as a placeholder for any article in the England language, it can perturb me because I see it as being so unnecessary. But if people enjoyed using it, just like they do their Extra Panels in Rage Comics, then let them do their...
@Pseudo: I loved 1984 as well. I thought it was a story with powerful commentary and some very, very interesting predictions for the future. A classic in Dystopian realistic fiction. I like reading a bunch of different things. I like alternate/future history books and current events books. I’m not a massive fan of fantasy, but I do enjoy it every now and then. I like realistic fiction so long as its plot line falls into a set range of topics that appeal to me. I’ll post good books, and maybe just the...
Oh God. (No pun intended) All this is doing is making atheists and Christians look like intolerant jerks who can’t coexist on the Internet, which I really don’t like to think of two communities as. We all need to just go back to forcing our regular Advice Animals on our various humor hubs rather than creating ones with the direct intention of adding to an Internet fight that we’ve seen multiple times in the past in different forms.
Uh-oh, spoilers. I know about the very raw plotlines from the first two episodes of Season 3, but that’s all I’m interested in knowing at the moment. So I’m going to agree with Verbose here about the content spoilers. StarGazer wrote: So apparently Tara Strong is coming to my town for Dallas Comic Con. And my mom is going to take me and my brother (for Stan Lee and the like). But I’m going to try to meet Tara Strong. :3 OH MY GOD I MIGHT GET TO MEET TARA STRONG. Nice! Are you planning on recording a...
Firstly, I really do wish that Snoop would end the whole Lion phase. I just think of it as almost attention whoring. Secondly, this certainly is an…interesting video. I’m not sure quite what else I should say about it, at the risk of getting petty.
I think Trash Boat is correct. We don’t really need a separate thread asking such a…and I’m sorry to admit this…random question. However, I will answer you, seeing as nobody has yet. I like Project Touhou, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and Angel Beats. (Yes, I know some of these aren’t memes, but they are on the topic of Internet culture drawing origin from Japan.) I hope I helped, and once again, I encourage you to ask this question in the Pony General thread rather than making a separate thread to ask...
Yo. So, in the IRC today, I was wondering if Halo deserved an entry on the site as a subculture. After all, it does have sub-memes documented on this site and a very large fanbase, almost a cult following. So, I thought I’d go ahead and create the entry, but I wanted your guys’ opinions and thoughts first. Do you think Halo should have an entry? Is it too mainstream for a meme entry, or do you guys think it deserves one?
I don’t even watch Springer.
Everybody knows right-wing authoritarian dictatorships are fine as long as a cute rabbit in a suit is spearheading them. You’ve got my vote. (By force.)
Although I do legitimately disagree with his opinions, I have reason to. However, like with every popular thing, there will always be mindless bandwagon hate that can occasionally overpower the fanbase and give the person a negative reputation overall on the Internet. Mitt Romney is popular; he’s going to have both fans and haters. And whenever the guy says something quirky or odd, people are going to jump to their feet and share it on the Internet. Some will depict it positively, some negatively, which...
My voice is too godly to post here, so instead I think I’ll just post my personal favorite dramatic reading:
Definitely portal gun.
