Been 11 days now, still virtually no change, and changes that were added were from other volunteers. Being said…
This is a horrible, biased article that only exists for the author to have a soap box. There is no research or information about the website, comic, charity, or organization. Shame on you.

Kinda refreshing to browse a gallery and not see pony heads awkwardly shoved on everything.

Commented on Han Shot First

The thing that bothers me the most about this change (And yes, it was changed, there is a plethora of documentation about this as Star Wars nerds are the most fickle fandom outside of Whovians) is that it changes an integral part of the character. Han shot first in order to show his moral ambiguity, Lucas just changed it later when the character became popular as he wanted to make him a goody-two shoes to sell more toys to kids.

Han’s popularity also ensured his survival into the third film; Harrison Ford didn’t want to be in it and Lucas begged him to do so and paid him quite a large sum for it. This is also the reason for Han being frozen in carbonite at the the end of Empire. If a deal could not have been reached with Ford they could have left the character out.

Fun fact: Han was also originally supposed to die in Return of the Jedi as well, but once again, the characters popularity and lucrative merchandise ensured this did not happen.
+1 work, good article so far.

Commented on Clip Art Covers

Great entry, most of the images are hilarious. Being said, it seems some people don’t get the joke, but make them anyway. For clarification the joke is two parts:
1. “Clip art” is the free crap that comes with Microsoft Word. Not stock photos or things you shopped.
2. The joke is a re-creation of the art, not a “joke poorly made” version. Some of them have such egregious spelling errors that they must have been intentional.

That part doesn’t have to do with the awesomeness of this entry and the hilarity that ensues though. Good job.

All jokes aside, doesn’t this article merit a mention of “Go home and be a family man?” Or is that too old of a meme to be included here?

I was going to leave a Street Fighter meme related comment here, but I noticed I had to go home and be a family man.

You have to be very careful at the train station to ensure you get on the hype train and not the other kind of internet train. The hype train just leaves you feeling let down but the other one will leave you unable to sit down correctly for weeks.

+1 here, there are thousands of YouTubes about this. Although honestly I did it once and you’re a little girl if you can’t handle it.
