Not only is this absolutely NOT a meme…just a fake news story, but this entire page takes forever to load because of all the embedded crap on the page. This was just bad journalism and that doesn’t make it a meme at all.

Phil Ken Sebben has been know for his “HA HA!!! _________” quotes for some time before the first appearance of the original image macro. I’m pretty sure it had some type of influence on the start or at least popularity of this meme.
