Hey, I actually found some fanart depicting Celestia as a Changeling. But she’s all gooey after emerging from the cocoon and Chrysalis is sort of… affectionately licking her face. I think I accidentally found some strange fetish artwork. ಠ_ಠ

Wow, was I too young when I saw that episode to realize how gross that sounds, or is that just horrible because it’s out of context?

But yeah, anyway, if I only did comics or fics, that would be a cool concept to tackle. I’m starting to get the hang of audio software, but I don’t think that’s an easy idea to convey musically. :V Too bad.

You mentioned you might do a comic for it in the General. Just out of curiosity, would you do a Queen Chrysalis backstory, or a “what-if” scenario with Celestia like you were insinuating they were trying to achieve with the cocoon? Or maybe the story of some random nameless changeling?

Also, have you seen the movie District 9? I was thinking about this “royal jelly” concept, then suddenly remembered that movie, and that idea blew my mind.

I was going back through Pony General today and saw your theory on Royal Jelly. I seriously doubt something like that would ever be made canon, but that’s a real cool theory. Hell, I’d read a fanfic of that, and I don’t read fanfics.

Also, do you watch Venture Bros.? Just curious, because I actually first heard about royal jelly from an episode of that show.

I absolutely loved the game, at least until the last 5 minutes. I mean, it should have ended right there. TIM dead, and Shepard and Anderson get to watch the Crucible destroy the Reapers and save the galaxy. And if you had enough EMS, Shep would survive.
But nooooooooooooooooo, they had to go all supernatural AI shit on you.
Dammit, I just want my happy ending.
And an epilogue. I want to see Shepard’s little blue children.

Does this upset you? I didn’t even romance Tali and it upset me.
And I don’t expect the terrible ending to be changed, as much as I’d like it to be.
Really, it was so bad I don’t even feel compelled to continue my alternate playthrough as a Renegade Femshep. I backed up my saves and uninstalled all three games.

Well, better late than never.

Should we use EqD Conquest Team, or EqD Conquest Squad? Squad was actually kinda good, since they all have a Q in them. Hah.

We could really use some sort of badge like the the Late Night Debate Club has got. But we should make one that accommodates each member. We could also give ourselves some titles (maybe not on the usernames though). I though of myself as “Traditionalist”, something like “Digital Wizard” might fit you, and lolstaz would need some musical title.

It seems that burning_phoneix has got three contributions on EqD too, so I think we might have ourselves another member. He’s got two videos, and a list of ponified names of cities. But I have no idea what kind of title he should get. He’s our newbie.

Some of the talk on the forum, mainly by Verbose, gave me a stupid idea of putting up a humorous “KYM – EqD Conquest Team”, consisting of me, lolstaz and yourself, and while I was at it, I noticed a small irrelevant thing, that might (or might not) interest you.

I’ve mentioned this same thing on the forum before, but I noticed that you saved your avatar as a .jpg file. I’ve mentioned that .jpg files don’t compress all that well, and they turn out grainy. And especially since you drew your avatar by yourself, you might want to save it at around 250×250 .png file. If you do that, your avatar will look a lot sharper and cleaner, when KYM compresses it into a smaller picture.

Anyways, that’s all I had to say, and with that, I’ll return to lurking mode once again. I’ll see ’ya around.

To be completely fair, I wasn’t defending Rick Perry specifically. Even as a Christian, the idea of a theocracy is a frightening one to me. The point I was trying to make was one of general respect, and simply that.

As the thread’s resident artist (let’s face it, that’s what you are), I was hoping you might be able to give me some feedback. Towards the bottom of page 170 I posted a pic I made while procrastinating my studying. It’s also in my images if you don’t want to go digging. Anyway I was looking for something more substantial than “add some extensions,” and I figured you’d be the one to ask.
