Good day. I am here representing the Know Your Meme Useless Pony Statistics Division. As a frequent user of the Pony thread, you have been selected to participate in a free pony personality matchup test. Well, better late than never.

Should we use EqD Conquest Team, or EqD Conquest Squad? Squad was actually kinda good, since they all have a Q in them. Hah.

We could really use some sort of badge like the the Late Night Debate Club has got. But we should make one that accommodates each member. We could also give ourselves some titles (maybe not on the usernames though). I though of myself as “Traditionalist”, something like “Digital Wizard” might fit you, and lolstaz would need some musical title.

It seems that burning_phoneix has got three contributions on EqD too, so I think we might have ourselves another member. He’s got two videos, and a list of ponified names of cities. But I have no idea what kind of title he should get. He’s our newbie.

Some of the talk on the forum, mainly by Verbose, gave me a stupid idea of putting up a humorous “KYM – EqD Conquest Team”, consisting of me, lolstaz and yourself, and while I was at it, I noticed a small irrelevant thing, that might (or might not) interest you.

I’ve mentioned this same thing on the forum before, but I noticed that you saved your avatar as a .jpg file. I’ve mentioned that .jpg files don’t compress all that well, and they turn out grainy. And especially since you drew your avatar by yourself, you might want to save it at around 250×250 .png file. If you do that, your avatar will look a lot sharper and cleaner, when KYM compresses it into a smaller picture.

Anyways, that’s all I had to say, and with that, I’ll return to lurking mode once again. I’ll see ’ya around.

To be completely fair, I wasn’t defending Rick Perry specifically. Even as a Christian, the idea of a theocracy is a frightening one to me. The point I was trying to make was one of general respect, and simply that.

Towards the bottom of page 170 I posted a pic I made while procrastinating my studying. It’s also in my images if you don’t want to go digging. Anyway I was looking for something more substantial than “add some extensions,” and I figured you’d be the one to ask.

Hi. You were talking about ponifying the Archaic Rap with Luna a few weeks back, and I finally got to it.

I posted it on the forum, but in case you don’t happen to notice it due to the comment spamming there, I decided to post it on your wall too. Color it if you want.

About the comic you said you were working on for a month and had concerns about, I really wouldn’t worry about it. Judging by the design of your earth pony who’s dream is to fly, it’s obvious you put a lot of thought behind your work and that you clearly know what your doing when it comes to this sort of thing. I’d check it out.

Since there seems to be an image war going on, I’ll post here. Glad to here it, I might have to keep a watch on the HT T-shirts now.

I never said you were trying to enforce any rules. Again: you complain about Luna and how so much fan-fic doesn’t represent the show well. “My Little Pony” isn’t your IP, so why should you worry about what other’s do with it? You are creating a comic that will represent the show well, according to your standards. But I guarantee you, someone will not think as highly of your comic as you do. Its all about perceptions.
I present you a challenge: you tell me how Nightmare Moon should have been defeated and how Luna had a real change of heart. As soon as you do that, BAM!, you have just created fanon.
Once again, I’m not mad. But why does someone writing Luna fan-fic bother you so much?

Okay Giga, I give up. So no one is allowed to write pony fan-fic, unless it amounts to your high standards?
Look, I understand a lot of the fan-fic isn’t all that great (the Rule34 and gore stuff just shouldn’t exist). But the point of fan-fic is how writers show their love for something. I really don’t understand your general dislike for anything fan made.
I agree Luna isn’t all that great, simply because she had little involvement in the show. But its not okay for others to expand on her? Its called “being creative.” Do you feel this way about all the background ponies? Is it not okay for folks to write a history about Vinyl Scratch? Colgate? Dr Whooves? There comes a point where you need to stop judging, suspend your disbelief and just enjoy yourself.
Please understand, I’m not mad or anything. I’m just really trying to “get you”.
I honestly wish you good luck with your comic series. I look forward to it.
