Like what I’ve seen in my forum and in a board that a friend of mine ran. Some of them post seemingly legit stuff, and yet append crap in their signature.

Apparently there has been some lulz brewing up on the Philippine Tourism Department’s newest slogan; some users noted similarities with Switzerland’s travel slogan back in the 50s, and the campaign seems like a potential exploitable meme especially on the local...
Apparently the Downfall page has also been a target for spammers. One of them is this imbecile: http://knowyourmeme.com/users/linxiao I think KYM should tighten up on user registrations; perhaps asking new users a question or two should do the trick, although the confirmation question should, of course, be easy enough, and yet bloody hard for spambots to solve.
IDK, must be some dude who felt like shooping them for the lulz.
Apparently this has been trending all over the Philippine interwebs: http://www.newmedia.com.ph/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/300562_10150308346349542_585259541_7963488_1773667806_n.jpeg A quick search on “DPWH meme” will reveal a bunch of links to shopped images and spinoffs.
Just came across this after watching a Hitler parody made by a friend of mine. Doesn’t seem to be that bog of a fad, but apparently this one had several remixes and parodies (as well as severl comments from Polish youtubers) due to its campy nature.
I’ll keep my tabs on this. It seems like a potential meme. Here’s another CHANGING MAG video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1rQ8SsD55U
