I was referring to Jungle, specifically. Most of the Jungle I have heard was more of the chill and relaxed variety. Ah, that makes more sense. There is a good chance I may have been listening to some Breakbeat recently. Except I didn’t realize it because I mistook it for DnB. Just curious, but does anybody else listen to breakcore music? It’s electronic music classified by its heavy use of drum breaks and samples played at a high tempo. You might be into it if you like jungle or breakbeat. I think it’s a subgenre of one of those, but I’m not too familiar with them as a whole so I can’t say for sure. Anyway, since it’s mainly defined by high tempo percussion and sampling, it’s a pretty open-ended subset of music. So there’s a lot of variety to be found in it. Venetian Snares...

So, I just watched the first episode. This… show… is… AWESOME. From the second I first saw it in a gif someone posted a while back, I could already tell I was going to love it. The animation is fantastic! I’m pleased to see that the writing and humor matches up. Also, didn’t take long to figure out who the best character was in this show. I used to play Star Fox all the time. The old one. The REAL old one, where the enemies are all triangles. But it was the first Nintendo game to feature 3-D movement, which was a big deal back then. I was all like, “I’M FLYING TOWARDS THE OTHER TRIANGLES, HOLY SHIT! Maybe someday, Mario will even move forward instead of just left and right.” But I wish this franchise would get another hit like Star Fox 64. It’s recent installments have been less than stellar, and we sparsely see a new one. :C
