FLAWLESS AGRUMENT TIME: It's a meme. It has its own derivatives, spread, and all that jazz. People replace "this peace" with all kinds of stuff, for example "Mah Boi, this cake is what all treu heroes strive for." It's part of YTP, maybe even a sub-meme, but it's grown enough to be considered a meme all on it's own.

I understand all the viewpionts here, so I'll try to mediate. There is not enough memetic content about the Scatman to justify an entry. However, he IS a celebrity whose fame resides primarily on the internet. It's hard to describe, but...I think the predominant line of thought would be that Scatman John is just too epic to not be a meme. It's not that there _is_ a meme about him, but it feels like there _should_ be.
